LUPI E-CITIZEN NETWORK: The e-citizen open social network of Lupi is where to interact, share and collaborate inside the digital town of Lupi. Here, create your own e-citizen space, read news, know events, share pictures and videos, publish information, create links to services, start discussions, and broadcast messages. LUPI LGU WEBMAIL: The Lupi Web Services Dashboard is where the LGU leaders and support people access their e-mail and maintain their office webpages.

   Lupimunicipality.net is the digital address for the people of Lupi to become e-citizen and build their digital relationship with the government on-line. It also connects the natives and OFWs residing in the various part of the world, through the Internet, to the local communities of Lupi. Inside
the digital town, the government, the people, and the organizations
develop the e-citizen driven social network to share and collaborate for a better understanding of the needs, effective delivery of
people-centered services. Here, the on-line community of Lupi e-citizens strengthen their relationship through sharing of images, videos, and text that speak of their celebrations, aspirations, and unity to realize the transformatve development of the people of Lupi. Here,
the local government of Lupi presents its developmental plans and
services, and to receive posted comments and voluntary assistance to
improve service delivery and support to the community of Lupi. The digital town of Lupi uses the public web applications and Internet services that the digital natives and immigrants are commonly using to realize their desired ends inside the Internet.
